It's rare that I miss being back home in the south as much as I do right now.
But that hot summer rain and fresh cut grass, the stickiness left around your mouth after eating a basket full of strawberries and coffee in my grandma's kitchen sound so appealing it hurts.








What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Being totally content with your self and where you are in life.
Floating in pools in the summer, reading on roofs, doing nothing with friends but having a great time.
What is your greatest fear?
Being alone and friendless.
Gaining weight.
Failing.
What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?
Lack of willpower. If I weren't so lazy I could have finished the six novels and two films I started writing a few years ago.
And I'd probably be going to a real college.

Selfishness. Inability to understand basic concepts.
What is your greatest extravagance?
Books.
I buy new ones so much more often than I need them.
I have at least twenty on my shelf I have yet to start.
What is your current state of mind?
Tired, frustrated.
Wanting out of my house.
On what occasion do you lie?
When it's necessary.
When it makes things easier without hurting anyone.
What do you dislike most about your appearance?
My thighs. It's such a general complaint, but in porportion to the rest of my really really skinny body, they look weird.
To me, atleast.

Anyone who tries to keep others from having their natual rights.

Silliness. Not too serious.
Will challenge me, will tickle me, will love me.
And my cooking.

Humbleness.

Which talent would you most like to have?
The ability to concentrate and finish what I start.

The amount of books I read, and how if I want to I can finish one within two days.

Probably a cat.
I'd make a terrible ghost. When ever I try to scare people, I get the giggles.

Paris, New York (although I did that for a month this year already)
London, perhaps.

My books, my locket from my grandma.
If I didn't feel wrong in calling my puppy a possession, I'd say her.

Loyalty, good listeners, humor.

Fitzgerald, Malory, Tartt, Austen, Doyle, Block, Orwell, Segan, Sallinger, Plath, and Rowling, of course.

no one i have read about.
if an author could be considered a historical figure, though,
probably Susan Kaysen.

Being stuck in one place.
