I prefer the world of books.

The summer is starting to settle in, after a stretch of the weirdest May and June I remember. Since when is California below 75 at ANY time of the year?
I am going to miss the cloudy skies and layering I've seen the past few weeks.
However, Summer is begining, bringing with it the greatness that is lazy days, lightening hair, cool drinks, and eating nothing but fruit. The wondrous state of doing nothing at all and calling it a successful day.
Despite the opressing heat of the San Fernando Valley in July and August, I wouldn't dream of giving up that bluish tint that covers everything when you open your eyes after tanning, sheets thrown off too warm beds, and the icy cool headache you get when you walk through the doorway from 110 degrees to a freezing 60.

BONJOUR SUMMER!
This is basically my summer, so far:

I have also decided I would like to being having something that looks about like this for breakfast every morning.
